Place Your Orders in Time for Christmas: Closure & Order Dates

We wish to advise of some important upcoming dates with regard to the placement and delivery of Christmas orders.

Further to the above, we wish to advise that our distribution, sales and customer service will be closing from noon on Friday December 22, 2023, and we will be re-opening on Monday January 8, 2024.

To ensure timely delivery prior to our Christmas closure, please note that final orders for 2023 delivery should be placed with Customer Service no later than 2.00 pm (EDST) as detailed below:

– West Australian Customers: Friday December 8, 2023

– Queensland Customers: Monday December 11, 2023
– Non-Metro New South Wales Customers: Monday December 11, 2023
– Tasmanian Customers: Monday December 11, 2023

– South Australian Customers: Tuesday December 12, 2023

– Metro Sydney Customers: Thursday December 14, 2023
– Non-Metro Victorian Customers: Thursday December 14, 2023

– Metro Melbourne Customers: Monday December 18, 2023
