No, we are unable to break down stock to sell individual packs or products. All our online orders are sold as full cartons. Some of our products are available in smaller carton lots, known as retail packs or compact cartons (these are denoted as ‘R’ or ‘RP’ as an extension to the product code). Yes, we are a FSSC certified manufacturer. The FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System provides a framework for effectively managing Confoil Pty Ltd.’s food safety responsibilities. FSSC 22000 is fully recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is based on existing Standards (ISO 22000:2005 and PAS 223:2011). It demonstrates that our company has a robust Food Safety Management System in place that meets the requirements of our customers and consumers.

Yes, our sealing films are oven safe to a temperature of 200°c and microwavable. Trays sealed with film can also be chilled or frozen.

Yes, our PET board lids are oven safe to a temperature of 220°c, however, they should be kept well away from direct heat elements. Board lids are also microwavable, freezable and chillable.

We offer a range of plastic clip on lids with some of our products. Our plastic clip on lids are not ovenable, however, lids which are denoted with a “LPP” are microwaveable.

Yes, our DualPak products are made of ovenable paperboard and are oven safe up to 220°c and are microwavable. DualPak trays can also be chilled and frozen.

Yes, you can buy our products locally. Confoil products are available from a wide range of wholesalers and distributors throughout New Zealand. Please visit our distributor page to find local suppliers of Confoil products in your region.

You can request sample of our products by contacting our Customer Service team or your Confoil representative with the product codes of the items you would like to sample, and we will send them out to you. Please note we have a limit on the number of samples we can provide.

All requests for returns must be submitted in writing to our Customer Service team within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please note, we do not accept returns for goods ordered in error.

Confoil strives to keep stock of all our items, all year round. From time to time, our products can run out due to unprecedented demand. We will fill your order immediately once the item is available again. If you have a specific question about when your time might be available, please contact our Customer Service for further details.

You can pay online using your credit card. Confoil take every measure to ensure that your payment information is processed securely via our online shop so that you can shop with peace of mind. Regrettably, we do not permit the pick-up of orders. All our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in either Auckland or Christchurch and as such, our Health & Safety regulations restrict the collection of goods from our busy warehouse. Please note that we do not have a direct to the public retail shop and we are unable to assist with walk-in orders. All orders should be placed via our website.
